Returns & Refund

Please Note: Due to the nature of the hobby, Returns & Refunds can only be accepted under the following terms:

All items are inspected prior to packaging for any damage and to check all parts are included that are required.
However, we are all human and therefore mistakes can sometimes happen, we may have left out a part for the kit. Also, despite careful packaging, items can also be damaged in transit.
For these reason the following Terms apply.

  • There is a 48 hour time period from the time of delivery, you receiving the item, in which to report any Damaged and /or Missing parts. We are sorry we will not deal with the matter outside the time period.
  • On Receipt of your item, please inspect everything is in order, no missing parts and no damage.
    If the package has obvious serious damage, please Do Not accept delivery of the package, (it will be returned to us) and contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us stating “Refused Delivery” in the subject heading.
  • If you have accepted the package, please inspect all items for damaged and/or missing parts. If parts are damaged/missing, please contact us via the Contact page Stating “Returns” in the Subject heading. please include photos of damaged parts and/or a list of missing parts within 48 hour of receiving the Package.
  •  When we receive your email, we will then determine if you are eligible for refund and/or return of package.
  • In either case, if the parts have been damaged in transit or there are missing parts, we will first offer to send you replacement parts Free Of Charge.
  • Any returns must be packaged in similar way to which you received them, it is a good idea to retain the packaging until you have inspected the item and are satisfied that there are no missing and/or damaged parts.

Non-returnable/refundable items:

  • Downloaded Products from our shop “Download Page”. The majority are free but some may have to be paid for.
  • Gift Cards. Because Gift Cards are sent electronically, via email, we can not accept any responsibility for any loss once it reaches your email address. It may go into your Spam or Junk folder and inadvertently be deleted depending on how you have setup your email.
    As there would not be any proof of this happening, we would not be liable to give a refund.
  • We will not process any items we receive that are not appropriately packaged. Please note: Retain all original packaging in case of any dispute that requires return/refund 
  • We will not process any Damaged or Missing items that have Not been reported within the 48 hour time period of you receiving the package.
  • The 48 hour time period does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. There are also acceptations for Postal delays/strikes ect.

Returns.

  1. If a Return is requested, we will send you a Return Address via email. Please package the item in the same manner as you received it.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of returns. Once we receive the item, we will determine if the item requires Refund/Replacement for a full refund or send a replacement, free of charge, as per your request.
  3. Please send the item via a Signed For Postage, eg. Royal Mail Signed For and retain your receipt. This helps you track the item and make sure we receive it.

Refunds.

If a Refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account, Credit Card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. This is dependant on your Bank/Credit Card operations policy.

Late or missing refunds.

Please Note: All Banks and Credit Card companies have different time periods for processing funds, it may take up to 7 Working Days for your refund to show in your account. As we do not hold any of your Bank/Credit Card details, please understand that we have no control over the Processing time.

What You Should Do.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 working days, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Contact your Credit Card company, again it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us at using the Contact Page and state “No Refund” in the Subject heading.
