Also, despite careful packaging, items can also be damaged in transit.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">For these reason the following Terms apply.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb181e9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cb181e9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c784cb2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c784cb2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">There is a 48 hour time period from the time of delivery, you receiving the item, in which to report any Damaged and \/or Missing parts. We are sorry we will not deal with the matter outside the time period.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">On Receipt of your item, please inspect everything is in order, no missing parts and no damage.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">If the package has obvious serious damage, please <strong>Do Not<\/strong> accept delivery of the package, (it will be returned to us) and contact us as soon as possible through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/team1rtr.com\/shop\/contact-us\/\">Contact Us<\/a><\/strong> stating &#8220;<strong><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Refused Delivery<\/span><\/strong>&#8221; in the subject heading.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">If you have accepted the package, please inspect all items for damaged and\/or missing parts. If parts are damaged\/missing, please contact us via the <a href=\"https:\/\/team1rtr.com\/shop\/contact-us\/\"><strong>Contact page<\/strong><\/a> Stating \u201c<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/span>\u201d in the Subject heading. please include photos of damaged parts and\/or a list of missing parts within 48 hour of receiving the Package.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">\u00a0When we receive your email, we will then determine if you are eligible for refund and\/or return of package.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">In either case, if the parts have been damaged in transit or there are missing parts, we will first offer to send you replacement parts <strong>Free Of <span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Charge.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Any returns must be packaged in similar way to which you received them, it is a good idea to retain the packaging until you have inspected the item and are satisfied that there are no missing and\/or damaged parts.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cca0e48 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"cca0e48\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c7619d6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c7619d6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #00ccff;\"><strong>Non-returnable\/refundable items:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Downloaded Products from our shop &#8220;Download Page&#8221;. The majority are free but some may have to be paid for.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Gift Cards. Because Gift Cards are sent electronically, via email, we can not accept any responsibility for any loss once it reaches your email address. It may go into your Spam or Junk folder and inadvertently be deleted depending on how you have setup your email.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">As there would not be any proof of this happening, we would not be liable to give a refund.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">We will not process any items we receive that are not appropriately packaged. Please note: Retain all original packaging in case of any dispute that requires return\/refund\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">We will not process any Damaged or Missing items that have Not been reported within the 48 hour time period of you receiving the package.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">The 48 hour time period does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please package the item in the same manner as you received it.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">You are responsible for the cost of returns. Once we receive the item, we will determine if the item requires Refund\/Replacement for a full refund or send a replacement, free of charge, as per your request.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Please send the item via a Signed For Postage, eg. Royal Mail Signed For and retain your receipt. This is dependant on your Bank\/Credit Card operations policy.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #00ccff;\"><b>Late or missing refunds.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Please Note: All Banks and Credit Card companies have different time periods for processing funds, it may take up to 7 Working Days for your refund to show in your account. As we do not hold any of your Bank\/Credit Card details, please understand that we have no control over the Processing time.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">What You Should Do.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">If you haven\u2019t received your refund within 7 working days, first check your bank account again.
