Comments.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media.

If you upload images Video or files to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Respect.
All members must respect other members using the website and must show the same respect to others as they would expect to receive themselfs.
We will not tolerate any racist remarks or prejudice comments on the website.
Any racist and/or prejudice remarks/comments will be removed immediately without notice and may result in a suspension or ban of the member responsible.

Laguage.
As children under the age of 18 may be using the website, we ask that Bad Language not to be used. Something like EFING F*$K@%G may be accepted rather than the full word being printed.
When posting articles, please keep this in mind. A good rule of thumb is do not post anything that you would not wish your own child or anyone else to see.

Under 18.
As stated above, Children may be using this website.
Adults must respect this and be aware of the risks.
All children are sadly vulnerable to being exploited by adults. We ask that children using this website be supervised by an adult whenever possible.
We are constantly monitoring the website for any signs of Child Abuse.
Any suspicions we may have of this happening, we will immediately block those responsible and notify the relevant parents and legal authority’s.

Basics, in plain English.
We at TEAM 1RTR are a down to earth couple. We like a good laugh and joke as much as anyone and can tolerate ‘Dirty Jokes’ ‘Stories’ Funny Adultish Pics etc. as long as they do not offend other members.
We therefore reserve the right to Delete any material we find to be abusive to other users and/or reported to us by other members to be offensive to them without warning.
