Half way through our summer holidays and the weather has broken.
The first half was a little mixed with sun and the odd short shower, now it’s wind and heavy rain with the odd sunny spell.
We cant complain though, we have enjoyed ourselfs and been to all our favourite places. Sad thing is that we have not been out with our crawlers or been out on the kayak fishing.
We do have a window of opportunity though in  a couple of days where the weather is supposed to clear up from 7am to about 4 – 5pm. That will give us a good chance to get out and have some fun.
It will be a very early start though as the distance from where we are to Newquey is about 1 -2 hours drive because of all the road works going on in the area.
We are hoping to get some good footage of fishing from the kayak and some action shots of our crawlers. There are some good rock formations just outside the harbour in Newquey to go rock crawling. (and get some live bait for fishing)

Now time for a quick announcement, when we get home from our holls, we will be unavailing a new addition to the workshop.
As well as our two 3D printers, our new addition will give us the ability to create more new items for our RC trucks.
We have already bought loads of materials to use on the new machine whilst on our holls, so we will be ready to try it out when we get home.
So, as well as our holiday pics and movies, look out for our unavailing of our new addition.

The one thing we have missed on our holls and has brought a tear to our eyes once or twice, is Russ. He passed away a couple of months ago and he relay loved coming to Cornwall.
He would play for hours on the beaches, digging long deep trenches and burring his ball. He also loved going on the rocks sniffing out crabs and anything else he could fined.
Yes, we miss him a lot, he may not be with us in life, but, he is with us all the time in our hearts and minds.

Anyways, after a rest day today, it’s back to enjoying the rest of our holls. Rain or shine, we make the most of it.
